Buhari Appoints Livestock Expert As INEC National Commissioner

The Nigerian Senate has screened Professor Muhammad Sani Kallah, the first nominee as the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC Commissioner from Katsina State.

Sani, who specializes in animal husbandry and livestock in rural areas, said he is willing to learn on the job.
