The J.S Kabiyle of Algeria face CS Faxien of Tunisia in an all North African fixture, Raja Casablanca hosts Orlando Pirates first in the quarter-final while Coton Sports of Cameroun and ASC Jaraf of Senegal face off in the fourth quarter-final.
Enyimba and Pirates may rekindle their rivalry in the semifinal if they both advance from the quarter-final.
The semifinal pits the winner of quarter-final one between JS Kabyle and SC Sfaxien against the winner of quarter-final four between Coton Sports and Jaraf while the winner in the fixture between Enyimba and pyramids lock horns with whoever scales through in the match between Raja and Pirates.
