Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, on Friday received Governors of his Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, at the Makurdi Airport ahead of a crucial meeting this weekend.
The delegation includes Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, and Taraba State Governor, Architect Darius Ishaku.
Also received at the Makurdi Airport for the meeting was Akwa Ibom State Governor, Emmanuel Udom and governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki.
National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, and former Governor of Niger State, Babangida Aliyu were also received at the airport by the Governor.
Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, who is Chairman of the PDP Governors Forum, Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, and Bayelsa State Governor, Duoye Diri, arrived yesterday ahead of the meeting.
Former Governor, Gabriel Suswam, and other top government officials were also at the Airport with the Governor to receive the visitors.
