The management of Air Peace Airline takes delivery of a second of 13 orders brand-new Embraer 195-E2 aircraft from the Brazilian manufacturer as part of its fleet expansion programme.

Top Government officials, aviation investors, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Airline, Allen Onyema were on the ground at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja to receive the new model in Africa.

As part of the tradition being practiced over the years in the aviation sector, the second brand new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft were first welcomed with a water salute after arriving at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, from Recife in Brazil.

The Chairman of Air Peace, Onyema, said the new aircraft will provide over 8000 jobs for Nigerians.

Others described the second aircraft delivery as a step on the right occasion to strengthen aviation operations in Nigeria.
