The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has said its recently concluded South-South Zonal Congress has depicted the party’s unity and determination to galvanise Nigerians to rescue the country from alleged misrule.
The National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Kola Ologbodiyan, in a statement,
described the South-South Congress as peaceful and noted that just like the South-East and the North-East, there is a huge difference between the PDP and the All Progressives Congress, APC, whose congresses and other activities are often marred by violence and manipulations.
The party congratulated its new South-South Zonal Chairman, Dan Orbih, for his emergence through what it described as a transparent and credible process.
