An Indian vegetable seller in Uttar Pradesh, identified as Sarvesh Kumar was arrested after condessing to beheading his 17-year-old daughter.
Sarvesh was reportedly holding the head of his daughter in his hand and heading to the station to turn himself in.
According to Sarvesh, who was very calm, he killed his daughter because she was in a relationship with a young man he was against, so he locked her up and cut off her head with a knife in anger.
