The three students of Community Day Secondary School Runka in the Safana Area Council of Katsina State have been released this afternoon by their abductors, after two days in captivity.
No official statement has been issued in respect of the release.
However, a source from the area who spoke on the basis of anonymity, confirmed the release.
He did not state whether ransom was paid to secure their release.
The students were abducted from Community Day Secondary School, located in Gobirawa Village of Safana Area Council on March 2, 2021.
