Oman, a Middle Eastern Country has banned a total of 10 countries from entering the country for a period of two weeks over COVID-19 concerns.
The countries are Brazil, Lebanon, Sudan, South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Ethiopia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
Travellers who pass en route any of the listed nations will also be banned. The Ministry of Healthdisclosed that East African travellers were responsible for 18% of new infections in the country.
The new regulation however exempts nationals, diplomats, health workers and their families.
