The Leader of one of the suspected kidnappers group says they are ready to release all their victims as soon as their demands are met.
The Leader of the group, Dogo Gide, made their position clear in a meeting with a Kaduna based Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi.
During the meeting in a bush located in Tegina in Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State, according to an unconfirmed source their requests were made known to the Islamic Scholar.
The unconfirmed source said the Sheikh Ahmad Gumi volunteered to engage the Leadership of various kidnappers groups on the need to embrace dialogue.
Sheikh Gumi pointed out some of the benefits of living peacefully in accordance with the teachings of Islam at all times.
The Islamic Scholar was at Niger State Government House, Minna where he engaged the Governor, Abubakar Bello, behind closed-door.
