Niger State Governor, Abubakar Bello has directed that schools in Rafi, Munya and Shiroro Local Government Areas be shut down until further notice.
Governor Abubakar Bello gave the directive while addressing the Press shortly after a Security meeting held in Government House Minna.
The Governor expressed with dismay the recent rise of insecurity in different parts of the State.
He notes that abduction of the State Government Transport passengers on Sunday, killing a Village Head and his family, as well as abducting twenty-seven students, three Members of Staff and twelve family members were responsible for his action.
