The Senate has condemned the increasing attacks on farmers by herdsmen around the country.
The upper chamber in a heated debate during plenary said the time to act is now.
Several Senators expressed their displeasure saying the Federal Government needs to do more in protecting innocent farmers as cases of attacks on farms has continued to increase.
