The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has called on all aggrieved groups to embrace dialogue as a way forward over the country-wide evictions of Nomadic Farmers.
This comes on the heels of the eviction notice given to Herders from Fulani extraction in several parts of the country over their alleged involvement in crime bothering around the attack of farmers, rape on female farmers and kidnappings.
Gbajabiamila, while speaking to newsmen after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the statehouse in Abuja says there is a need for ethnic groups to understand that no group is superior to another and should not take advantage of others.
He says that Nigerians must respect the diversities of each other including their way of life and culture and always resort to dialogue as a means to solving differences.
