The Former Governor of Sokoto State Attahiru Bafarawa has criticized the projected estimate being proposed to purchase coronavirus vaccines.
Bafarawa while speaking to newsmen in Abuja says that the virus has killed a little less than two thousand Nigerians compared to tens of thousands killed and displaced by bandits, kidnappers and terrorists in the North.
He urged the federal government to set its priorities right and channel proposed funds towards procuring weapons for security agencies to holistically tackle current insecurity challenges, saying it will have more impact on citizens and residents in troubled areas.
