The supporters of the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu have encouraged westerners to embrace and appreciate exemplary leaders in the South-West, to avoid the mistakes of the past.
This and many others formed parts of discussion at the inauguration of the Osun State chapter of the South-West Agenda for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (SWAGA 2023) in Osogbo, the State capital.
Delegates from the six South-West states converged in Osogbo, Osun state, for the inauguration of the state chapter of the SWAGA 2023.
Leaders of the group and delegates across party lines said it is time for the South-West to be strategically positioned for the 2023 presidency.
Members of the group, led by the Chairman, Dayo Adeyeye, expressed satisfaction with the momentum their vision is gathering, stressing that the 2023 presidency must be ceded to the South-West.
They said they are on a voluntary assignment and stated that the former Governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a candidate that can hold his own any day, hence he is fit to be President in 2023.
The highpoint of the event was the inauguration of Osun state chapter of SWAGA 2023, with Ayo Omidiran as Chairperson.
