Vladimir Putin finally congratulated Joe Biden after the Electoral Votes showed Biden won the 2020 US Elections unequivocally.
The Kremlin leader in a statement disclosed that he is ready to collaborate with the newly elected US President.
In his congratulatory address, Putin urged Biden to work towards bearing special responsibility for global security and stability.
He also wished him every success and expressed readiness to share contacts and collaborate.
Vladimir Putin is one of the last world leaders to congratulate Joe Biden presumably because of his close ties with Donald Trump.
