Based on new information by the Kenyan Health Minister, cases of the COVID-19 virus have doubled the total of both October and September combined.
A total of 28,124 cases and 456 deaths were recorded in November alone, there are palpable concerns that the cases will only increase during the yuletide.
The total number of cases in the nation stands at 83,316 with 1,452 deaths.
Amidst the rising cases, health workers have reported high infection rates and even threatened to strike if protective gear, medical insurance, and commensurate allowances are not put in place.
