The executive producer of Black Panther, Victoria Alonso, has confirmed that in the coming sequel of Black Panther, Chadwick Boseman will not be replaced for his iconic role T’Challa.
Boseman passed away a few months away – in August after struggling with Colon Cancer for many years.
Black Panther was also shot during the time he was sick although none of his crew members knew at the time.

“There’s only one Chadwick, and he’s no longer with us,” Alonso said.
“Sadly, our king has died in real life, not only in fiction, and we’re taking a little time to see how we continue the story and how to honour this chapter of what has unexpectedly happened to us, so painful and terrible to be honest.”
Boseman passed away at the age of 43.
