The Acting Managing Director of the NDDC, Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei, has handed over additional working documents for audit purposes.
This information was shared by the Commission was determined to ensure the implementation of President Muhammadu Buhari’s directive on the forensic audit.
The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has handed-over additional working documents to the field forensic auditor appointed to probe the activities of the commission.
Seated are the forensic auditors appointed to audit the activities of the NDDC since its establishment to August 2019. Pondei, who handed-over vehicles to field forensic auditors, said the exercise was not about witch-hunting but to reposition the Commission for better service delivery.
The lead consultant of the forensic auditors, Joshua Bashiru, assured that they would surely deliver on their mandate. The NDDC had before this time handed-over documents from its verification exercise to the forensic auditors.
