Robert Kyagulanyi, popular for his stage name – Bobi Wine was seen with huge supporters last week in what happens to be early campaign for the forthcoming Ugandan Presidential elections in January next year.
Incumbent President, Museveni is also contesting and began his campaign in the Luweero triangle where he fought a 5-year bush war that secured his victory as president the first time he won the seat.
Other contestants include two army generals and a 24-year-old unemployed graduate which makes a very interesting mix of contenders.
Health officials have however warned against drawing large crowds due to the pandemic.
