American rapper, Lil Wayne’s girlfriend, Denise Bidot, has reportedly dumped him over his endorsement of US President Donald Trump.
Previously, the 38-year-old rapper has been dating the plus side model for a while now, but they split after the rapper declared his support for Trump via his Twitter account.
According to a source, it was confirmed that their breakup was not just about his support to Trump, but it was a major part of it, as Bidot is said to be an avid supporter of presidential candidate Joe Biden.
The source further explained that the model was shocked and disappointed when Wayne came out with Trump.
During the weekend, the Puerto Rican model took to her previously deleted Instagram account saying:’ Sometimes love is not enough in a relationship ‘.
The couple later unfollowed each other on Instagram prior to her account being deleted.
Wayne and Bidot were first suspected to be together in June when she posted a picture of her in a bathing suit next to a pool and she captioned it ‘HIS’. The rapper later reposted the picture and captioned it ‘ALL’.
Last Thursday, Wayne took to Twitter to praise Donald Trump on his criminal justice reforms, saying the Black Americans stand to gain a lot from the President’s platinum plans as he plans to give the communities real ownership.
The rapper later shared a picture of him and the President as he revealed that he has a ‘ great meeting ‘ at the commander in chief’s resort in Doral, Florida.
Donald Trump later retweeted the post.
