Conchata Ferrell: ‘Two And A Half Men’ Star Dies At 77

American actress, Conchata Ferrell, known for her role as Charlie Sheen’s quick-witted housekeeper, in US sitcom, ‘Two and a Half Men’, died aged 77.

She passed on Monday in California after complications from a cardiac arrest at Sherman Oaks Hospital. 

Her manager, Dan Spilo, paid tribute to the late actress describing her as a strong, kindhearted, and wonderful woman.

Co-star, Charlie Sheen, also paid his tribute to her describing her as an absolute sweetheart and genuine friend, as her death is both shocking and painful.

Farrell, who was known by co-stars as Chatty, spent decades in the TV and Film industry. She started her career as being a member of a New York Theatre company as she starred in the Off-Broadway and later won Theatre Awards for the Best Actress in her performance in Off-Broadway.

In 1922, she received her first Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting  Actress for playing the role of Attorney Susan on LA LAW.

Ferrell also received other Emmy Nomination for her role in ‘Two and a Half Men’.

She featured in other movies like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Teen Angel, the Love Boat, and many more.
