In a bid to raise funds to sign future target(s) Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar, Arsenal needs to sell players. The club is set to offload Sead Kolasinac and Lucas Torreira to Bayer Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid respectively.
Kolasinac is set to sign for the German outfit in the next 48 hours in a deal worth 10 million pounds plus add-ons. The full-back has fallen in the pecking order behind Kieran Tierney and Ainsley Maitland-Niles since the arrival of Mikel Arteta.
Despite a bright start to his Arsenal career, Lucas Torreira has found it difficult to secure himself first-team football. With the potential arrivals of Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar, Torreira should leave the club.
However, Atletico wants Torreira on a loan deal while Arsenal wants to sell the midfielder. Both clubs would meet tomorrow to discuss the terms of the deal. Arsenal would be desperate to sell both players this week.
