United States exempts Employees and Contractors from TikTok ban

A court document filed during on Monday Evening allows TikTok employees and contractors to perform their regular duties and responsibilities.

This comes on the heels of a legal suit from one of TikTok’s employees against the Government of California on grounds that the court order was unconstitutional and stripped employees of the video app of all their wages.

TikTok has since Trump’s executive order which expired yesterday filed a countersuit against the Trump administration and recently partnered with Oracle to domicile all its data within the shores of the country.
