Serbian centre back Branislav makes a return to the English Premier League by signing for West Bromwich Albion. The Baggies continue to strengthen their squad after a defeat in their opening game against Leicester City.
The Baggies have made a return to the EPL after a two-year stint in the EFL Championship thanks to Slaven Bilic. They got second behind Leeds United and automatic promotion back to the Premier League.
The West Brom squad will gain importance and experience from former Chelsea player Ivanovic. The 36-year old’s leadership qualities will help to strengthen the character of the youngsters in the squad.
Slaven Bilic will also be hoping that Ivanovic would help the team escape relegation. Primarily a right-back, he can operate as a centre back. Also, he provides an aerial threat in attacking set pieces and definitely knows how to get goals.
