The People Democratic party in Edo state has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of planning the rig the upcoming governorship elections.
The spokesman of the state PDP Chris Nehikhare while speaking to newsmen in Benin City says that INEC National Commissioner Dr. Mustapha Lecky is a nominee of the past APC national Chairman Adamas Oshiomole and is acting the script of the APC.
Nehikhare urged INEC to replace Dr Lecky and several collation officers of the commission who he also alleged were nominated by the state APC leadership.
