Brazilian international, Ronaldinho has been released from house arrest in Paraguay following his detention for having a forged Paraguayan passport.

He was arrested along with his brother and spent a month in prison, and another four months in a hotel, in the country’s capital on house arrest.

The World cup winner was released on Monday but has now been told to pay about 200,000 dollars for damages. Judge Gustavo Amarilla while clearing them of all charges on Monday said the precautionary measure of his arrest is now lifted, and there are no more restrictions placed by Paraguayan justice.
