TRAORE, ANSU FATI, AND OTHERS EARNS FIRST SENIOR TEAM CALL UP

Wolves winger Adama Traore, Barcelona youngster Ansu Fati, Manchester city duo Eric Garcia and Ferran Torres, Real Madrid’s midfielder Oscar Rodriguez, have been called up to the Spanish national team for the first time, ahead of the UEFA nations league scheduled for September.

Wolves winger Adama Traore missed out on an international debut last November as a result of an injury. Jordi Alba, Barcelona’s left-back has been surprisingly left out and there are no players from Atletico Madrid in the squad.

Spain’s game in Stuttgart Germany will be their first since last November, with international matches in March having been called off due to the coronavirus pandemic.
