Arsenal football club have completed the signing of Brazil midfielder Willian on a three-year deal after his contract with Chelsea expired.

The Blues had offered the 32-year-old a new deal but could not match what the Gunners had put on the table.

Willian scored 63 goals in his 339 appearances for Chelsea since his £30m move from Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala in 2013.

He featured 7 times in all competitions in the 2019/20 season for Frank Lampard’s side netting 11 goals.

The 32-year-old Brazilian won two Premier League titles and the Europa League, he also emerged as the club’s players’ player of the year twice.

Arsenal finished eighth in the Premier League last season, but won the FA Cup while Chelsea were fourth and secured a Champions League spot.
