White House Executive Office Cafeteria Closed After Confirmed Case Of Covid-19

The Trump administration officials recently disclosed that the White House executive office cafeteria in Eisenhower Executive Office Building, EEOB, has been closed down after an employee working in the cafeteria tested positive for COVID-19.

The White House is reportedly currently conducting contract tracing to identify those who might have come in contact with the infected worker.

According to the administration officials, it is unclear for how long the cafeteria would remain closed.

The EEOB is situated across West Executive Ave. The building holds many of the Senior White House staff offices, which include the Vice President’s office, the National Security Council, the Coronavirus tax Force, etc.

The United States still has the highest number of COVID-19 cases worldwide with 4,101,308 cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the country and 146,192 deaths recorded.
