In Baidoa, outside Somalia town over the weekend during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration, four people including two children were killed by a bomb blast with 15 others severely injured.
The unfortunate incident occurred yesterday afternoon, 24 May as people in the spirit of the festival displayed traditional dances in a field near an internally displaced person camp north of the town.
As gathered from an unnamed security official, the bomb had been planted in the field before the second day Sallah celebration on Sunday.
