All confirmed COVID-19 patients receiving treatment in Taraba State, North-East Nigeria, have been discharged.
Governor Darius Ishaku, who announced this, also said that the State Government is open to partnership that will curb any further spread of the virus in the state.
The Governor was speaking after inspecting the newly equipped 100-bed capacity treatment centre on the outskirts of Jalingo, the state capital.
The equipped treatment centre is the product of a partnership between the Taraba State Government and a second generation bank.
Meanwhile, the Taraba State Government will maintain the partial lockdown imposed to curb the spread of COVID-19.
The Chairman of Taraba State Technical Committee on COVID-19, Innocent Vakkai, said Taraba State has so far tested 228 persons for the virus.
