People who can continue to work from home should, if the arrangement is suitable for both employees and employers. Restaurants and cafes would accommodate no more than 10 people.

Step two will be very similar to step one but an increase in the number of people at a gathering. No gathering of more than 20 people in phase two. Restaurants and cafes will be able to accommodate up to 20 people.

In step two, beauty salons, spas, massage therapy salons, tattoo parlors, will be able to reopen accommodating up to 20 customers at once.
