After a failed attempt coup plot in Venezuela, 2 former American soldiers and 11 other people were placed under arrest. The group reportedly stated that they only wanted to help Venezuela people regain their freedom but apparently their plan failed.

When they tried to penetrate the Venezuelan coast in a speedboat, about 8 members of the group were killed and about 13 members of the group have been detained by the country’s security.

The Venezuelan government has spoken out that this attempt to regain freedom for venezuelans was only a plot to overthrow the Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro.

Yesterday, the president gave a press conference where he released a footage of the interrogation of one of the former American soldiers involved in the failed coup. The US former soldier confessed that his job was to train venezuelans and help them seize control of the airport in Caracas.

The Venezuelan president has blamed the United States of American President Donald Trump, the president of Colombia Ivan Duque Marquez and the opposition leader in the coup attempt.

All three of them have denied all involvement in the failed coup attempt. Venezuelan president insists that he wants to know the person behind it, who’s trying to push Venezuela into chaos and violence.

Maduro says that the US ex-military soldiers would be tried in Venezuela but Mike Pompeo the United States of America Secretary of State has pledged to do everything in his power to secure their release but first they will confirm if the soldiers are truly Americans.
