Nasarawa second class traditional ruler kidnapped

Nasarawa State Police Command has confirmed the kidnap of Abdullahi Magaji, a second class traditional ruler in Lafia Local Government Area in the state.

The Commissioner of Police, Bola Alonge, through his Police Public Relations Officer, Nansel Rahman, confirmed the kidnap, noting that the Command has deployed its men to the area to rescue the victim.

The PPRO said that the Command received the information about the kidnapped traditional ruler around 9:15 pm on Friday.

He urged members of the public with useful information to report to the Police.

The traditional ruler was kidnapped at about 7.30 pm on Thursday in Ugah area of Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital.
