On Tuesday 28 of April, the president of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari reportedly discussed with Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America, on the possibility of providing Nigeria with ventilators.
Based on information circulated by Bashir Ahmed, the PA on new media to Nigeria’s President, it was revealed that during this phone call between the two Presidents, Donald Trump promised to provide Nigeria with the necessary tools to help battle this pandemic.
Lai Mohammed, the Nigerian minister of information and Culture revealed further that the phone call was at the request of U.S President Donald Trump. Lai Mohammed also affirmed that Donald Trump also promised to provide Nigeria with ventilators.
