The Governments of Taraba and Benue State have been tasked to bring an end to the recurring crisis between Tiv and Jukun communities.
This was during a reconciliation meeting which held in Lafia the Nasarawa state capital, where both state governments were tasked to ensure the return of displaced persons back to their communities.
The meeting which was organized by the Nasarawa state government, urged both governors to meet regularly and promote the spirit of brotherliness between both ethnic groups, bringing an end to a crisis which has claimed hundreds of lives in the past.
