The CEO and co-founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey announced his plans to donate the sum of $1 billion to help fight the COVID 19 Pandemic. The sum is about 28% of the CEOs current net worth.
Jack Dorsey made his announcement in a Twitter post yesterday, Tuesday, 7th of April. He stated that after the world was free of the COVID 19 pandemic, the focus of the funds would be directed towards girls health and education.
This is because he believes that it would be the best sustainable solution to most of the problems that the world has been facing.
