Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) rejected the suggestion for Africa to be used as a testing ground for the COVID 19 virus vaccination.

Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus condemned the doctors who made this suggestion as “Racists” and accused them of treating Africans as Guinea Pigs and called the suggestion a hangover from the Colonial mentality.

Dr Tedros said he was very appalled by the suggestion. He went on to say that Africa “Cannot” and “Will Not” be a testing ground for any vaccines.

He said that the protocol for testing new vaccines must be followed around the world and human beings must be treated the same way equally.
