Late Hugh Hefner’s historic pay boy mansion is being renovated, and even though businesses in Los Angeles have halted activities, the mansions construction workers are still going strong.
The estate is covered in scaffolding with excavation equipment. Hugh Hefner died in 2017, and before he passed on he sold the property to billionaire Daren Metropoulos for a whooping sum of $100 Million dollars.
The agreement locked in Daren’s previous commitment to “not demolish the main residence and repair the facade of the structure while maintaining its original condition as part of his extensive renovation.”
