Babajide Sanwo Olu, the governor of Lagos state and his wife, Ibijoke Sanwo Olu, the first lady of Lagos state have been tested negative for the COVID 19 virus.
Professor Akin Abayomi, the Lagos state commissioner of Health made the announcement on his twitter page today Friday, 3rd of April.
He said that the personal assistants of the governor and the first lady were also tested for the COVID 19 virus and the results came back negative.
Professor Akin Abayomi gave his thanks to Lagos residents for their understanding during this period of the pandemic and their compliance with the lockdown and physical distancing.
