The company secretary of the Nigerian Breweries, Uaboi Agbebaku has yesterday notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange in a statement that Atedo Peterside has resigned as one of its Board of Directors.
According to the statement, Peterside is resigning to be able to fully focus on the objectives of the Think Tank, especially in the light of the pandemic.
The resignation became effective on the 1st of April. He joined the board on the 21st of August in 2008 and also served as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and also the Governance Committee during his time as Director.
