US Travel State Department urgently calls for Medical Professionals to apply for Visas

U.S Travel Restrictions for Kenya and South Africa lifted

The Travel State Department has encouraged medical professionals of other nationals to apply for work permits in the United States, especially those primarily involved in combating COVID19 and also disclosed plans to extend the current visa stay of existing medical practitioners within the shores of the country and as such they should apply.

This comes in the wake of the overwhelming cases of COVID19 infections as the United States has since overtaken Italy and China combined with 85,991 cases with the death toll over 1,000.

The U.S has economy has also not been spared with many losing their jobs and the House just recently announced a $2.2 trillion Coronavirus Bill poised to be approved today.

The doctors in the United States have been under strain as a reported 9 medical professionals in Texas lost their lives and the virus continues to scale rapidly and threatens to overwhelm the healthcare system.
