The Federal Government says it is considering tougher measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Minister of Information Lai Mohammed spoke to newsmen in Abuja saying the Federal Government might engage the Federal Fire service to help fumigate cities and towns.
Mr Mohammed said that interstate movement between states is being considered as efforts to stop the spread of the virus from states with confirmed cases to states without confirmed cases.
He also adds that the federal government has taken delivery of several tests kits and facemasks donated by the Jack Ma foundation based in China.
