The Adamawa State police command says it has arrested fifty-one suspects involved in kidnapping, armed robbery and theft between February and March this year.
The Police Commissioner Audu Madaki while parading the suspects at the state headquarters in Yola, says the arrests were made within four local government areas of the state and seven kidnappers have voluntarily surrendered their arms to the police.
Mr Madakai says that the activities of kidnappers have drastically reduced within the state.
