The second leg round of 16 fixtures in the UEFA Champions League will begin tonight as RB Leipzig play host to Spurs and Atlanta travel to Spain tonight to take on Valencia. Leipzig currently has a slender 1-0 lead as they left England with an important away goal.
Valencia would be looking forward to a miracle by turning around their 4-1 deficit against Atlanta. Champions League nights in Anfield are always special as they create memorable moments. Most recently, last year’s semi-final second leg fixture which saw this Liverpool side turn around a 3-0 deficit against Barcelona to go on to the final and become the Champions.
Jurgen Klopp’s side would be looking forward to a similar atmosphere as they hope to turn around a 1-0 deficit against Atletico Madrid.
The other Champions League fixture on Wednesday sees PSG entertain Dortmund at the Parc des Princes. Dortmund currently has the lead in the tie thanks to two goals from Erling Haaland.
However, PSG scored an important away goal thanks to Neymar. The away goal would be crucial in helping PSG advance to the quarter-finals.
