Jose Mourinho during his Champions League press conference on Monday expressed his displeasure at his growing injury list of crucial players.
The latest addition to the list is January signing Steven Bergwijn who suffered an ankle injury and has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Bergwijn joins Harry Kane, Heung-Min and Moussa Sissoko on the side-lines. Spurs now face an uphill battle of securing Champions League football next season as well as currently progressing in the tournament.
They lack attacking threats as well as goal scorers. The only recognised attackers currently available are Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela.
Jose Mourinho needs to find a way to bring the best out of the available players for their quest to progress in the Champions League as well as securing Champions League football next season. Dele Alli, Gedson Fernandes, Tanguy Ndombele and Ryan Sessegnon would need to step up and help Spurs revive their season.
