The Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly Honourable Titus Uba has received an award of excellence from the Kingdom Life University of America, over the passage of the Anti-open Grazing and Ranches establishment law, which is expected to bring an end to clashes between farmers and herders.
The Speaker received the award as a delegation from the University led by renowned Professor Benjamin Utor, paid the state house of assembly a courtesy visit, to present the award on behalf of the Senate of the University.
Professor Utor tasked the state assembly to continue to live up to the high expectations placed on it by residents of Benue state and enact laws that impact their lives positively in a bid to transform the society.
