Andrew Yang’s wife, Evelyn has after coming out to level sexual assault claims against a Columbia University Gynaecologist has unwittingly emboldened other women to come forth to narrate their sexual assault experience with the doctor.
Evelyn revealed in an interview with the Cable News Network, how the doctor identified as Robert Hadden took advantage and sexually harassed her while she was seven months pregnant during a disguised medical examination. Evelyn is currently pursuing a legal assault case against Hadden, Columbia University and its affiliates.
After her testimony, a total of 70 other women have been encouraged to come forward to narrate their own assault encounter with the same Doctor.
The university has, however, come forth to apologise to all who have faced such from the said Doctor.
