Jennifer Navaria, a waitress in Salisbury, Massachusetts just hit the jackpot recently. On the 1st of February, she was lucky to serve at the table of Ernie Boch Jr. and his friends at Seaglass Restaurant and Lounge, the restaurant she worked.
Ernie Boch Jr. is the president and CEO of Boch Enterprises, an automotive company worth about $1 billion. Ernie Boch Jr. himself is said to have the net worth of $1.1 billion.
Jennifer Navaria stated in an interview that when she first saw the tip she thought it was $50 and was impressed Boch Jr. left a $50 tip for a meal of $157.56.
She looked at the receipt a second time and realised it wasn’t a $50 but instead a $5000 tip, she couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw it and she told the reporter she was shaking.
On the top of the receipt were the words ‘Donnie Your Move’ signed Ernie. That was when Jennifer realized it was part of the 2020 Donnie Challenge.
