The deadly coronavirus has found its way to the United Arab Emirates, Dubai as the Ministry of Health and Community Protection disclosed the news on Wednesday.
The patients disclosed recent travel to Wuhan, China where there is a current epidemic with 132 people dead and 6,000 infected, mostly within the mainland.
Airports globally have started taking extreme screening measures to ensure that passengers from China are properly examined or quarantined before contact with the general public.
The United States has also mobilized efforts to evacuate its citizens from China. Some countries such as the U.K have announced plans to halt all flights to and fro mainland China, while the U.S is considering same.
Just recently, the virus was identified in Ivory Coast, its first appearance on the African Continent.
